दस मुखी रुद्राक्ष (10 Mukhi Rudraksha) भगवान विष्णु का आशीर्वाद है, जो त्रिमूर्ति देवताओं का अंश है, जिन्हें ब्रह्मांड का निर्माता कहा जाता है। इस रुद्राक्ष की सतह पर ऊपर से नीचे तक 10 प्राकृतिक ऊर्ध्वाधऱ रेखाएं होती हैं। यह दुर्लभ किस्म का रुद्राक्ष है, जो ज्यादातर नेपाल और जावा में पाया जाता है। यह रुद्राक्ष विष्णु जी का स्वरूप होने के कारण धारक के प्रभाव को दसों दिशाओं में फैलाता है। हालांकि इस रुद्राक्ष के पास कोई सत्तारूढ़ ग्रह नहीं हैं, क्योंकि यह मानव जीवन पर सभी ग्रहों के नकारात्मक प्रभाव को खत्म करने की दिशा में काम करता है। इस रुद्राक्ष को तंत्र मत्र की साधना करने के लिए, शरीर के सातों चक्रों को संतुलित करने के लिए जाना जाता है। दरअसल भगवान विष्णु को दशावतार माना जाता है इसलिए इस रुद्राक्ष में 10 देवताओं का आशीर्वाद है। यह रुद्राक्ष भूत–प्रेत, डाकिनी और पिशाचिनी जैसी बुरी शक्तियों से बचाता है।

10 मुखी रुद्राक्ष धारण करने की विधि
10 मुखी रुद्राक्ष को पहनने का शुभ दिन सोमवार माना जाता है। इस रुद्राक्ष को धारण करने से पहले स्नानादि क्रियाओं से निवृत्त होकर फिर “ॐ ह्रीं नमः” मंत्र का 108 बार जाप करते हुए रुद्राक्ष को धारण करना चाहिए। इसके अलावा इसे धारण करने के पश्चात प्रतिदिन पांच माला ऊँ नम: शिवाय का जाप करना चाहिए। रुद्राक्ष हमेशा चांदी, सोने और तांबे या पंचधातु में और इसे काले या लाल धागे के साथ पहनना चाहिए।

10 Mukhi Rudraksha
The ten Mukhi Rudraksha (10 Mukhi Rudraksha) is a blessing of Lord Vishnu, part of the Trinity gods, who is called the creator of the universe. There are 10 natural vertical lines from top to bottom on the surface of this Rudraksha. It is a rare type of rudraksh, found mostly in Nepal and Java. This Rudraksha being the form of Vishnu, spreads the influence of the holder in ten directions. However, this Rudraksha has no ruling planets, as it works towards eliminating the negative effects of all the planets on human life. This Rudraksh is known to balance the seven chakras of the body, to practice the Tantra Matra. Actually Lord Vishnu is considered to be Dashavatar, hence this Rudraksha has the blessings of 10 deities. It protects Rudraksha from evil powers like ghosts, ghosts and dakini.

Method of wearing 10 Mukhi Rudraksha
Monday is considered an auspicious day to wear 10 Mukhi Rudraksha. Before wearing this Rudraksha, one should wear Rudraksha after retiring from bathing activities and then chanting the mantra “Om Hrim Namah” 108 times. Apart from this, after wearing it, one should chant five beads daily Nam Nam Shivaaya. Rudraksh should always be worn in silver, gold and copper or Panchadhatu and with black or red thread.
