ग्यारह मुखी रुद्राक्ष (11 Mukhi Rudraksha) की सतह पर 11 रेखाएं होती हैं। इस रुद्राक्ष को साक्षात रूद्रदेव का अवतार माना जाता है। यह भगवान हनुमान का प्रतिनिधित्व करता है जिन्हें भगवान शिव का 11वां अवतार भी माना जाता है। नेपाल में इस रूद्राक्ष की उत्तम गुणवत्ता पाई जाती है। इसे धारण करने से जन्म और मृत्यु के चक्र के भय से मुक्ति मिलती है। इसे एकादशी रूद्र भी कहा जाता है क्योकि यह बजरंगबली की गुणवत्ता, समर्पण और ध्यान के साथ धन्य है। यह रुद्राक्ष देवराज इंद्र के आशीर्वाद से भी सुशोभित है। ऐसा कहा जाता है कि यदि आप इस रुद्राक्ष को गर्दन या सिर के चारों ओर पहनते हैं तो आपको तुंरत परिणाम प्राप्त होते हैं। इस शक्तिशाली मनका को 11 देवताओं का आशीर्वाद प्राप्त है, जो जीवन को बेहतर बना सकता है और जीवन की सभी समस्याओं को दूर कर सकता है।

11 मुखी रुद्राक्ष (11 Mukhi Rudraksha) को धारण करने का शुभ दिन गुरुवार है। इसे धारण करने के लिए एक घी का दीपक जलाकर उसे रंगोली में रंगे हुए चावल पर रखें। रुद्राक्ष को गंगांजल या दूध से परिमार्जित करें। सुबह स्नानादि के बाद स्वच्छ वस्त्र धारण करें और पूर्व दिशी की ओर बैठकर “ॐ ह्रीं हूं नमः” मंत्र का जाप करें। रुद्राक्ष धारण करने के बाद आप प्रतिदिन तीन माला का “ॐ नमः शिवाय” मंत्र का जाप करें।
धातु का प्रयोग : इस रुद्राक्ष की माला को रेशम या ऊन के धागे में पिरोकर चांदी या सोने में धारण करें।

Method of wearing 11 Mukhi Rudraksha
Thursday is the auspicious day of wearing 11 Mukhi Rudraksha (11 Mukhi Rudraksha). To hold it, light a lamp of ghee and place it on colored rice in Rangoli. Clean the Rudraksh with Ganges water or milk. After bathing in the morning, wear clean clothes and sit towards the east and chant the mantra “Om Hreen Hoon Namah”.
